Crescent Moon Sculpture

The crescent moon is an iconic symbol of the night sky, representing the waxing and waning phases of the lunar cycle. The spiritual meanings associated with these phases are new opportunities and optimism for the waning crescent, and an opportunity to create change in our own lives for the waxing crescent.  In many cultures, it is also associated with the goddess, feminine principle, and cycle of life. The crescent moon can be used as a symbol of rebirth and renewal, or death and resurrection depending on the culture.
